Chef Troy Cabarios

Chef de Cuisine Troy Cabarios grew up in a large, bustling, family where hospitality was a way of life from an early age. Intrigued by the joy of bringing people together over meals, he found his calling in the culinary arts. The notion of creating memorable dining experiences through food became his passion.

Throughout his career, Chef Troy has been driven by the desire to cultivate a sense of togetherness among guests, offering them not only exquisite cuisine but also an atmosphere of warmth and connection. Central to his culinary philosophy is the use of locally sourced, sustainably grown ingredients—his way of showing respect and gratitude to the environment around him.

Through bosk, Chef Troy strives to evoke the same sense of togetherness that enriched his own upbringing, elevating service and culinary artistry to create unforgettable moments for his guests.
